Hi! I’m Rachael -
a long-time E-RYT 500 & YACEP certified yoga teacher and holistic health coach based in Boston.
I've had an amazing journey in the yoga world, from overseeing the certification department for a famous international yoga brand to managing the most popular studio in Boston to directing the team of teachers and programming for an online wellbeing platform. Along the way, I've discovered my passion for practical wellness. I thrive in the front of the house with teacher development, team building, and creating community, and in the back of the house with business efficiency, system implementation, and event planning.
Back in 2002, I stumbled upon heated power vinyasa yoga thanks to a friend's recommendation. As a former competitive swimmer, I never thought yoga could fit my "high intensity" lifestyle. But after just one class, I was blown away by the physical and mental breakthroughs I experienced. That moment set me on the path to becoming a yoga teacher and leader. Since 2007, I've been sharing my knowledge through teaching, workshops, trainings, mentoring other teachers and studio owners, and management.
I've also designed corporate wellness and prenatal yoga programs, and I absolutely love leading workshops for runners and cyclists. It's incredible to show athletes how yoga can enhance their love for their sport and keep them healthy in the long run.
With a background in Biology and a degree from Clark University, I've always been fascinated by the science-y side of yoga. As both a yoga teacher and health coach, I'm dedicated to making wellness simple, accessible, and empowering for everyone.
