Yoga For Cyclists

This workshop is geared specifically towards cyclists to create ease and flow on all rides to come.

In this workshop you'll:

  • Restore exhausted and overworked muscles and joints and learn tools to balance your body on your bike.

  • Focus on body mechanics to alleviate typical stresses that riding puts on you.

  • Focus on spinal alignment, core strengthening, quads, hamstrings, IT bands, hips and knees, and look at upper back and shoulder tension to soothe and realign you in a whole new way.
